On the skull bore three trees
Of no nature build
Trees whose limbs shed blood
And anger still
On calmness among
A silent savior lord
he who has come to save
The bridge to heaven
A child cries, mothers weep
Old men sorrow at the loss
The curtin torn, the savior dead
Only to rise again.
