Remember that I love you,
Remember that I care,
Even though I am not with you,
I am always there.

Call to me in times,
of trouble and remorse,
Celebrate together, we,
Until our voice grows hoarse.

I write to you my heart,
And give to you love,
And I hope you treat it,
As gently as a dove.

And in writing this,
The truths arise,
I wish I was with you,
Looking in your eyes.
