Home : The Collection : Mirror on the Wall

The swirling, magic and life,
Filed with love, filled with strife,
Careening together, forever and forever,
Always battle, struggle ending never.

The mirror has leaned against the wall,
For as long as time has lived,
In a building never changing, never to fall,
Through the endless sands of time,
That mirror has sieved.

A link to past and present,
Places closed to man,
A lock they will ever resent,
And consider a mortal crime,
A secret they can't stand.

Behind that lock, through the portal,
Is a passage to a place,
Impossible to imagine, by any immortal,
Beyond any reason, any rhyme,
To any single race.

The mirror goes to other worlds,
Places unknown and unseen,
Land and sea swirled,
The black trees, and silver brine,
Worlds seen only in dream.

The swirling, magic and life,
Filed with love, filled with strife,
Careening together, forever and forever,
Always battle, struggle ending never.
