But her affection goes,
To Another Man.

Another she loves,
Not me, not I,
She loves but one,
Another Man.

I don't know how it happened,
Or who it happened to,
Immersed in her gloom,
About Another Man.

I went to comfort her,
Her sadness filled by heart,
I felt her loss,
The loss of Another Man.

She was weeping for him,
Not for, but because,
I don't know what happened,
Gone was Another Man.

I felt the anguish,
the heart rending sorrow,
I knew not what to do,
In terms of Another Man.

Why would I feel the sadness,
It was her I loved,
I should rejoice,
At the losses of Another Man.
