Home : The Collection : A Dragon

A cry of a lark first alerted me
to the presense far above
next the shadows of strength
showed me a beast, up there flew
the power the might the grace
the fluid song of flight
powerful sweeping of wings
filled me with awe
but I also noticed shap and long
both the teeth and dagger claws
a frame framed with scales of bronze
fading to green at the tail
I crumpled as my knees callopsed
Down to the ground I fell
Dragon awe sourrounded me
as I wordlessly worshiped
I do not know what happned next
for as quicky come as gone
I hope not to see the beast again
I will hope forever long
