Despite the name, this is not a deep deep red. It isn't even predominantly red - more of an orange-red or a brown-red, with copper tones. It contains more warm tones than cool. Naming confusion aside, it's lovely. Works well as an accent or a highlight. May work as a contour shade on some skintones. Could do interesting things as a liner when layered over dark pencil.
