Whew - well, that's settled!
I got the job.
I start a week from this Monday.
I got the call, I called my friend in Austin and we had a mutual gripe/decompress/congrats fest, and when I went back to the computer, there was an email from Fruitcake asking if I had gotten the job. The email was sent five minutes after the recruiters called me to let me know. (Cue the Rod Serling music, non?)
And now, I must go and print out all the documents from the agency: offer letter, enrollment form, background check authorization, health insurance enrollment stuff, tax forms, and so on and so forth et cetera amen.
So: how should I celebrate? Ideas should not be illegal, exceed $100 per suggestion, nor involve politics. ;>
