That which does not kill me still cramps my style.
So I went to the chiropractor yesterday and got myself good and messed up. Adjusted, actually; and I know that tomorrow it will hurt much less; but today I’m paying for the momentary relief I had yesterday. My great accomplishment of the morning was feeding the cats: because it hurt too much to bend down all the way, I used the soup ladle to get the cat’s kibble into their bowls. (I am She-ra, Tool User!!)
Tomorrow and Sunday I should be at my parents’ house, unless my back is killing me…in which case I’ll make a quick run there, feed their cats, and come back home. I’m off to rest my back, read, and try not to wrench anything else.
...stupid sciatica…
