Last year there was a best-of selection, and I found some interesting posts off of that. The organizers aren’t doing that this year (and let’s be honest - that’s labor-intensive!) so I’ll have to do my own. How many of those blogs will still be around this time next year, I wonder?
One year ago today, I had recently left my job-of-two years (which was nightmarish, I am very glad I left, but I still miss my co-workers) and was a bit concerned about the new one. I had hazy thoughts of relocating, but if you had asked me this time last year where I’d be now, I probably would have said, “Probably here, maybe even still in this contract”. Now, though, I couldn’t be happier. (Well, I kid. I could. But not without resorting to dubious means. So there you go.)
