Last night the Thursday Thirteen was opened, and a crowd of us were waiting at our computers, ready to be among the first to post when this week’s comments opened. (But no, really, I have a life. I do!!! I keep it wrapped in tissue paper in a satin-lined box.) I’m going to try and actually wait until Thursday to publish my list, just as an experiment.

At one point Blogger went down for some kind of maintenance and I thought: Geez, we broke Google..!
