Clearance Level: RedCat…in the bag

There’s this odd fascination with plastic…

So my new job starts next week. I'll be working from home. (In retrospect, I'm now even more glad that I got the air conditioner. I'll really need it this summer.) I went out shopping today, looking for what amounts to a new work wardrobe: clothes that I can wear at home when the apartment is hotter than hell, clothes in which I can take my morning walks (which I plan to make a part of my daily routine), clothing that is casual yet not utter frump. Clothing that I could comfortably wear to the grocery store, if I need to make a quick run during the day. I snagged four pairs of yoga capri pants, three pairs of “sheeting” shorts, and four tops. (Amen for sales.) Then I came home, sat down, and began to de-tag everything. Meanwhile, Ursa decided to model his new spring wardrobe. He made a complete circuit of the living room and dining area, walking slowly, followed by Fog. Ursa wasn't shaking his head, or trying to outrun the plastic bag. He acted as if he thought this was a good idea. All I can think, is that he believed that he made that sack look good.

Taking his turn on the catwalk'I make this look good.'

...or he was just enjoying my whooping with laughter. This post featured in the 161st Carnival of the Cats.
